This Clinic is highly unprofessional! If I had any other choice, I would not come here. For years I was refused blood pressure medicine from one provider because "I was too young" switched providers. Then last year I was refused an allergy panel because "They are not acurate and cost thousands". I am dealing with unknown allergies that have sent me to the hospital more than once. They also cancel last minute appointments because the providers don't show up and make it difficult to get a new appointment. I missed a whole day of work only to be told the provider wasn't in and the best they could do is for me to miss another day of work the following day. On another day I had to wait over an hour to get blood drawn because they were celebrating a birthday, this caused me to be late for work so I just left the clinic and came back the next day gor the labs. They don't care about patients and the front desk people are always rude and have attitudes. On the phone they literally sound like they rather be anywhere else.

Was taking my son here and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. They repeatedly failed to send in insurance claims, then tried to make it our fault when insurance wouldn’t cover the visits due to delays. They even started sending bills to collections before things were properly resolved. To avoid any impact to my credit, I finally paid the balance myself while continuing to work through the insurance issues. Now that everything has finally been sorted out, they are refusing to refund the money they owe us. Their excuse is that they “can’t issue a refund while a claim is being processed,” but with a baby there is always another appointment or claim pending. At this point we are changing doctors entirely just to be able to get our money back. Extremely disappointing billing practices and communication.

My daughter went in for pain she saw Mrs. Nyasha Manyame she was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened and answered all her questions. She made her feel very comfortable. We highly recommend the Health point clinic for your health care needs

Dr. Chanseya Davis completely disregarded my quadriplegic family member and was unwillingly to give him even the most basic of help or guidelines. We were rushed from the start of the appointment, and she was clear we would be given almost no time for any questions or concerns. If you have any serious issues besides a runny nose do NOT go to this clinic. And definitely try to avoid seeing "Dr." Davis.

Been going to Healthpoint since 2013/2014 I believe and I can't complain. Front desk gals, nurses, phlebotomists, doctors, counselors, pharmacists, etc are all very kind, courteous fast and professional and very on top of their game. They're excellent. Dr Nicowala is THA MAN! I LOVE HEALTHPOINT! 💯
